GREAT Home Theater/AV Systems Installation Person! We highly recommend Rob Germann for all your Audiovisual/Home Theater Needs. We recently wanted to switch from Qwest to DirectTV in order to get HiDef on a few of our TV’s. We also wanted to upgrade the speakers in our surround sound system, get a blue-ray DVD player and have one master remote that can simply control all devices. Rob met us and made the whole transition easy and trouble-free. The day after DirectTV did their installation; Rob took care of the rest! He did a great job, was reasonably priced and we love our new system!

Rob: Just a note to let you know how happy we are with our new Samsung HDTV setup. Thank you very much for the great service. We really enjoy your great sense of humor, too. As you already know, when you work for us you really need to have one. We put the TV out in the driveway Sat A.M. and in three hours it was gone. We taped the remote control and Hitachi Manual to it. The landscapers next door were looking at it and decided to take it. We saved $20 on a pickup by the City of Phoenix.

Best in Town. We have been using Home Theater by Design for quite a few years. Rob not only helped us select the best equipment for our home theater needs, but he also helped us put some art lighting throughout our home. At night our home is so beautiful with just the art lights on. It has set a wonderful ambiance. It is very soothing and relaxing. The best thing is Rob also sold us a universal remote control that allows us to operate all of our equipment and lighting with just the click of a button.
